Creative Services Coordinator

The award-winning St. Edward's University Marketing Office is a centralized department providing innovative and integrated marketing programs including reputation management, brand management, recruitment and retention marketing. We communicate the St. Edward's experience to increase awareness of the university, support recruitment and retention goals, and empower the university's brand advocates.

The Creative Services Coordinator reports to the Creative Services Manager and works closely with the recruitment, retention, reputation and brand awareness leadership and teams within the marketing office. The Creative Services Coordinator provides important support to the office and is a critical contact point within our organization.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier-2 support for incoming Desk tickets for and manage the university's online calendar system
  • Process vendor invoices, credit card statements and travel records maintaining financial record processing with the AVP of Marketing
  • Serve as a point of marketing office contact for vendors and freelancers
  • Manage and track data for internal, campus e-newsletters
  • Assist staff photographer and videographer with photo and video planning, project management and communication with individuals involved in photo and video shoots
  • Maintain a professional and efficient environment within the marketing office
  • Navigate the university offices and contacts seamlessly to assist marketing staff with diverse business tasks and communications
  • Supervise student interns and their assigned projects
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of coursework and work-related experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and provide a high level of customer service to our division, other campus offices and external vendors
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experienced in using independent judgment and critical thinking to execute assignments and projects
  • Maintains and upholds confidentiality regarding all executive matters
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision and as a member of a team
  • Basic knowledge of web and digital signage content management systems
  • Positive and professional attitude, detail and customer oriented with ability to carry out multiple projects simultaneously and within specific deadlines
  • Experience with invoicing and budgets
  • Successful candidate must complete an educational and/or criminal history background check.
